Winston appeared in our yard in 2015. He is now ~11 years old, neutered ands weighs in at 32lbs. He has feline lower urinary tract disease (FLUTD)and had a urethrostomy in 2019. He has been on the Royal Canin hydrolyzed protein and SO for approximately 5 years. I believe without this specialized food Winston would be diabetic and have renal issues. So far his has been healthy and remains active and playful...he just loves life.
...at times this product is very difficult to find in Austin and in Texas in general. Southern Agriculture has always had our back...thank you!

My cat’s prescription diet was changed by his vet to due more illnesses as he ages. He needed a food to cover two diseases. After trying to obtain the recommended vet prescription at different vendors I was getting frustrated with the out of stock notifications. With the help of google I found Southern Agriculture who had the food in stock. I placed the order and followed their instructions for having my vet submitting the prescription. They received the prescription the same day and the order was shipped on the next business day and I received two days later. October 2022 my precious Lopaka was rushed to ER with blockage from urinary crystals. For a month I was living on pins and needles as his life was still considered "guarded condition" and I was told I could not leave him alone at all for 30 days.
He was put on a special diet for life. But I quickly found that this combo of food was very hard to find. I searched every where until I found Southern Agriculture. They were quick to return my call, helped me every way possible and his food has always been in stock. The people at Southern Agriculture go out of there way to help. And being half Okie, living in OK for a short time as a child and a lifetime of memories, I was thrilled to be able to support OK economy.

My cat was already limited to certain meats before developing bladder crystals. Hydrolyzed protein special diet urine and bladder crystal control cat food is hard to find, and it’s not available on Chewy. I’m glad Southern Agriculture carries this rare cat food, because giving cans full time for two special diets (two cats who share food) was getting expensive. This hydrolyzed protein food still does have chicken, which is what triggers stomach upset for my cat, so it’s not perfect, but she’s doing better than on her prior dry food. Thanks Southern Ag! Both cats eat the food just fine - no complaints.

Product was never received. "Item delivered" email states if you have an issue, to email maggie@southernagriculture.com. I did so and received no response. I wrote a 1* review, which the company has since removed. Chase from the company reached out to me and said they never received an email about the issue; they either have the wrong email listed, or Maggie did not follow-up on the issue/inform the team. They told me that once an item is shipped, it is a USPS issue, and that the customer is to sort it with USPS; they offered no help in locating the item or replacing it. There was 0 customer care, despite paying $40 shipping. Thus, after speaking with the deliverer, the customer's only option is to file for a refund with their credit card company. I will be ordering through my vet clinic from now on.
