The double 3"—5" flowers on strong, long stems are elegant, and salmon-pink is a dreamy, rare color in the garden. As a bonus, zinnia petals are edible and look adorable as a topper on salads or baked goods, and flowers dry well for endless craft uses, like dried arrangements or homegrown potpourri.
