Your shipping fee is outrageous! I am retired on limited income and trying to keep my cat to live a good life. I have dealt with chewy and royal canin. Never had a high price shipping charge like this. Are you doing this because you know this is the only place to buy this perscription food? All the places I have dealt with anything over $50 is free shipping I wouldnt mind paying a shipping fee but $15 plus $65 for a small bag of food is outrageous compare to other big companies. and believe me I have been through this I had a yellow lab that had hepititis of liver. And never had shipping fee like this. Even his meds!! Thank You!

My kitties were rescued in Amman, Jordan by American military personnel and brought to Virginia where I adopted them. The little girl, Lily, developed a bladder infection and the foster was told to put her on Royal Canin Veterinary Diet - Urinary SO + Calm Dry Cat Food. This particular food was recommended by my vet. My cat has been having stress related litter box issues and I have been at my wits end trying everything imaginable to not only reduce the stress, but help with the urinary concerns. As you probably know, cats are very finicky, but both of mine LOVE it. Between this food and changing up the litter and litter boxes, my sweet cat hasn't urinated outside the box in over a month!! I have had to take my cat to the vet 3 or 4 times in the last couple of years for the same issue. I believed that he might have a blockage in his urethra, which has the potential to be life threatening. So the vet bills were starting to climb and every time it turned out to be nothing but a physical manifestation brought on by stress. It was very upsetting to pay all of this money for something that they can do nothing about and then the last time I went the vet suggested this prescription cat food that will help breakdown any crystal formation in the urethra and bladder as well as having a calming agent to help with the stress. It is ridiculously expensive, but so far it seems to be working and it has been a year since our last emergency hospital visit.

My vet prescribed this food for my cat as she had a bladder stone. She said the food may or may not help dissolve it. If it didn’t dissolve in two weeks she was going to have surgery. She went in on her day of surgery and they took an X-ray and the stone was gone! My cat is also very skittish and stressed so this also has been helping calm her down more.

Our Vet recommended this food to address territorial and anxiety along with kidney irritation. Two out of three cats love it and they seem to be calmer.. still have some aggression and anxiety issues, but the edge seems to be taken off. The third cat (ragdoll) immediately had explosive diarrhea, always one in the crowd. Product was well packaged in a heavy duty box, but wish shipping wasn't so costly. Spoiled by shipping included I guess.
